Going Through Life's Changes Together

I got the title for this post from the message that you left me this evening. In it, you thank me for making your day better and commented, "...going through life's changes together, yeah, it's a thing." That quote needed to be preserved for history, as did these pictures that I took the day, all while thinking about you.

I'm so glad that we got to talk today. I could tell that something was weighing heavy on your mind and when you mentioned that it was about aging and the changes that accompany aging, I was very excited to hear what you had to say. As always, I was amazed at your clarity, your conclusions and your plan for what's to come next. I was happy that you are not looking to reinvent yourself, and are instead choosing to make some adjustments. You are such a fine physical specimen and will be for years to come, and I am so happy that as we go through life, we will have each other. I just could not do without you.
