House #3: Wonder Valley - 29andSky Cabin

I'm enjoying these posts and presenting these houses to you. So far, it seems like the first house is winning the race, but here's a third house for you to consider. The key thing that I want you to consider is where will YOU be most happy staying; as I've said before, the single most important requirement that I have is that you are with me. Besides, there are no losers in any of these. So, here's the third house:

Pros:

1. It's in Wonder Valley

2. Sits on five secluded acres

3. It has views of the mountains and no road noise

4. Like the first house I sent you, it's a historic homestead

5. It has a full kitchen

6. It has a large TV with Roku

Weaknesses:

1. It's a bit small, but then again, it's a homestead!

2. No hot tub

3. No washer or dryer

4. About nine miles from 29 Palms

I love the simple design of these homesteads. As you say about smaller houses, it's everything that an average family needs.
