Running On The Beach

I recently watched the 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships, which was held over three days at the Nanjing Sports Training Centre in China, and I was so pleased with the results. The event was dominated by Americans athletes, of course, but that's not to say there weren't other spectacular performances. The team that I root for at least as much as the Americans is the female Polish sprinters, who always race hard and are much better than their male counterparts, by the way.

What I love most about the Polish sprinters is that they move so well, like strong, elegant. deer. They remind me of my very pretty, very blonde and very Polish girlfriend, who also runs beautifully. Here she is, running on the beach on a warm day in July, 2020. On this day, my pretty girl and I had made one of our trips to Black's Beach, which is clothing-optional, by the way. I asked for a video of her running to the water, and she obliged so nicely. It is amazing watching her body move, whether she is walking or running, and I do hope that others on the beach were watching her as she ran. They'll never see anything like it ever again.
