I remember when we first started coming to Sex Rock, or at least the area around Sex Rock. We'd park on Opportunity Way and walk east along the dirt path. There was one year when we found poppy flowers blooming along the path. I got some picture of you sitting amongst them. At some point, I found the small wood that holds Sex Rock. I'm fairly certain that I found it while hiking with the kids. They love to play on the rocks along and I imagine that as they played, I just walked into the wood and found "the" rock. Sex Rock, that is. It is probably the most significant rock in the world for me, even more significant that chunk of Masada that I have. Hey, I just came up with a great idea: I should chip off a small piece of Sex Rock and keep it forever! Yeah, I'm definitely going to do that. I'll get a small piece for you, too. But, I digress. The last time I was there, I took a few pictures of the area around Sex Rock and thought it would make for a nice post. It's always fun to reminisce about places that remind me of you. I do a lot of that lately.
Cottonwood leaves on the ground.

The "cotton" that gives cottonwood trees their name.

Two crows rest on a rock.

We once hiked to that water tower.
