New Camera, First Shots

My new camera and lens got in yesterday and I could not wait to use it! The Nikon D700 is a camera with a legendary reputation and when paired with the 70-200 f4 lens that I got, i t was guaranteed to produce excellent pictures. When I got my last new camera and lens six years ago, I determined that my pretty girl would be the first subject that I photographed. That meant that I had to wait a little while until we went to the desert, but that day eventually came and the pictures were glorious.

My pretty girl is, unfortunately, 2100 miles away from me, so I decided that for my first photos, I would photograph some things that she would be familiar with: the Beatles CD that she gave me, the sexy-ass Michael Kors heels that I love to see her in, the Wartenberg wheel that I have ran up and down her beautiful, naked body, and a few other things, some of which will make an appearance this October. I was happy with these most recent results and I and hope to use this camera/lens combination to photograph my girl in the vineyards and farm fields that we will pass by on the way to San Simeon. I can only hope.
