My September List Keeps Growing!

I started a "September 2022" list that I keep on my phone. The date refers to your visit to California later this year and the list includes some of the things that I want to do with you and places for us to visit. September is eight months away and we haven't even got to your April visit yet, but I'm so excited that I can't help but start planning! So far, the number of things on the list are so numerous that we'll need four weeks to do it all and since that's not an option, I'll have to pare it down to four or five main places. Those places and ideas that don't make it this year could get rolled over to next year, though and that realization makes me happy.

For sure, one place that will remain on this year's list (and probably make next year's list, too) is Black's Beach. I think we should go there every chance we get and when our legs will no longer carry us down and back up, I propose that we drive there, look down over the edge on to the beach and then carry on to beautiful, sunny San Diego. San Diego is a city that reminds me of you. In fact, it's probably the most "you" city that I've ever been to. It's beautiful, exciting, fun, classy, it reminds me of California...I could go on on and on, but mostly it reminds me of you because most of the times that I've visited there was because you and I were traveling together. In fact, the last time I was there was with you and it's unlikely that I'll go back before September when we both go. I think it will be a great reunion.
