I took this in June of 2021 during one of our meetups at Jackrabbit Trail Rd. I love this dress and I love you in (and out) of it. I'd once taken a picture of you wearing it in front of a DC3 airplane. I'm glad that we found this place (though I don't remember how we found it) and I'm glad that we got to see it while all of these daisies were in bloom. To think, all of these beautiful wild daisies and you are the prettiest Daisy in the bunch.

Speaking of daisies, here's a poem about daisies that I found this evening. I love the simplicity of it and of course, the subject matter.

The Field Daisy
I'm a pretty little thing,
Always coming with the spring;
In the meadows green I'm found,
Peeping just above the ground,
And my stalk is cover'd flat
With a white and yellow hat.

Little Mary, when you pass
Lightly o'er the tender grass,
Skip about, but do not tread
On my bright but lowly head,
For I always seem to say,
"Surely winter's gone away."
