Christmas Card: Gift # 3 For 2020

Pretty girl,

These past six-and-one-half years have been remarkable. Unusually remarkable, really. We've gone to so many places and had so many experiences that have expanded our appreciation of ourselves, the world and certainly us as a couple. I am so glad that we documented it all! This desire to document so much was a direct result of my last deployment to Iraq, when I told my Marines to invest in a camera so that they can document that year. I knew that their lives would never be that awesome again and pictures/video would make the memories sweeter. I had that same belief when you and I started dating. I'm so glad that you were not camera shy because you are my favorite photographic subject. This device has our best pictures and so much of the music that we listened to these past years.

This device is solid state, so there's no spinning hard drive to fail and it will last forever. It's essentially a huge thumbdrive and it is also password-protected. Nobody is getting in here without the password. It's also compatible

with PC & Mac computers. It occurred to me today that I've still got to add our top 50 pictures of 2020, so I'll do that and then it's all yours.
