Bluebird Inn

I was going to send this in an email, but I like the idea of it being posted here for posterity. I am happy to announce that during our vacation, we will be spending two nights at the Bluebird Inn in Cambria, CA. I wanted a cute but authentically "central coast" experience and this little hotel fits the bill. I had initially gotten the basic room, but then thought it better to have more room and a better view. I got the Deluxe King Room and I was happy to learn that I reserved the last available one! The room is 300 sq. ft and has a view of the garden from the balcony. It also has a fireplace that gives off heat! In the first picture, you can see its location relative to "downtown" and the ocean. We're definitely going to spend some time at the beach! I've watched some interesting videos of Moonstone Beach and we have to bring some of those colorful rocks back with us. Hearst Castle is a quick 15-minute drive and the view along the way looks beautiful. It's going to be even more beautiful when you are there.
