Beautiful Casita in Central Location

Our first vacation of 2024 is all planned out and we are just 52 days away from seeing each other! They always say that the devil is in the details, but I am a wiz when it comes to details. Besides, we've done this so many times now that I have a good outline that makes it easy to flesh out the details. For obvious reasons, the most important detail is where to stay. It must be in a safe neighborhood, be centrally-located, have an oven for cooking and it should have a certain charm to it. I had a few places in mind, and as time went on, some of those places started to get booked. This weekend I decided to not wait any longer and got our place. It is another casita and isn't too far from our last one.

There introduction is as follows:

Welcome to our Beautiful Casita! This is our guesthouse, located in our backyard. 600 Sq. Ft. all to yourself. Space comes with a queen size bed, a pull out couch, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with standup shower, washer and dryer a TV and a peloton! What else can you ask for!? 15 minutes to nearly anywhere (Koreatown, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica).

Here are some of the most recent comments. I must say that the only one with less than four stars was written because they claimed that the pillow cases were dirty and they had to go buy their own. The owner replied that had they been told, they would've replaced them immediately. People make mistakes and I won't let that one poor review stand in the way of all these great reviews:

Tania and Chandler's casita is a excellent choice for a trip to explore Los Angeles. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within a 15-30 minute drive to many LA attractions. The unit features a fully equipt kitchen with modern appliances, a nice bathroom, a comfy bed, and a smart large screen TV. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will book it again.

Very beautiful guest house, clean and spacious enough for my group of 3. The main queen bed was very comfortable, was hard to get out of bed every morning! We didn’t have trouble with street parking, even when we came home very late at night, granted we didn’t come during any major holidays. Tania and Chandler are very responsive and it was a pleasure meeting Chandler when we arrived. Sad we didn’t get to play with the two fur babies but hopefully next time! Would def book with them again :)

January 2024, Stayed a few nights

Our stay with Tania and Chandler was amazing. The area was central so it wasn’t a long commute around town and on top of that the neighborhood was quiet. The guesthouse itself was cozy, clean and we felt at home. This booking was honestly a hidden gem and we’re glad we stayed with them. Overall if you’re looking for a good central area to stay in, book with Tania and Chandler, you won’t regret it!!

December 2023, Stayed about a week

Easy and smooth check in and communication with the hosts. I enjoy the location mainly because it’s a central spot to be able to drive anywhere in LA from the airport or to the Hollywood sign in around 30 minutes or so. Also some nice cafes in the area to get breakfast or lunch. The unit itself is very spacious with its high ceilings and a neat shower. A cool place to relax after a long day exploring

August 2023, Stayed a few nights

I enjoyed staying at Tania and Chandlers back house. It felt so homey and comfy. it had everything you can think of. The updates are very nice, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. I slept so good and you can't hear any noise. I would stay there again if needed and would 100% recommend. Thank you Tania and Chandler!

I can't wait to spoil you in Los Angeles, pretty girl. This is going to be our best vacation yet!
