I started work on this flipbook last week. I got the idea from a short video that I saw on social media. It was so clever that I knew I had to make one myself. I sketched it out as a storyboard first and then wargamed the best way to lay out the flipbook. I bought three note pads, and in the end I only used one because my research was so thorough.

The key is starting backwards, laying out the flow of motion and lining up each page so that the overlap is correct. I think I did a good job for my first try and I'm glad that I've still got two more flipbooks to do something with.
