House #1: 29 Palms Adobe Home - With Hot Tub

Pretty girl, as discussed, I'm going to present four houses that I'm thinking about renting for your visit and I want you to get your thoughts on them. I will tell you that the single most important requirement that I have is that you are with me; everything else is a distant second, at least. I have chosen this house as the first one to present to you.

Strengths:

1. Located in the city of 29 Palms, about a 20-minute walk from the Thai restaurant.

2. Views of the mountains and of the park

3. It's an early 29 Palms adobe home and has historical value

4. It has a full kitchen

5. It has a hot tub for soaking in. We could drink wine and skinny dip!

6. It has a big yard with a privacy fence, which I like because I'd definitely be photographing you naked outside

7. It has a washer and dryer, so you could wash everything the day before you fly out

8. It has a TV with Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV, so we'd have access to many documentaries

Weaknesses:

1. It's a bit small. Not sure that matters, as it has the basics and then some

2. It does not have a washer and dryer

3. It's about 10 miles from 29 Palms
